目的：分析补益肺肾法对治疗哮喘的临床效果及改善患者生存质量的意义。方法：资料选自2012年4月-2013年5月在我院诊治的支气管哮喘患者84例。将两组患者随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组采用常规西医治疗，研究组在此基础上加用补益肺肾治疗，分析两组患者的临床效果和生存质量的改善情况。结果：分析两组患者的临床疗效，研究组的总有效率为83.33%，明显高于对照组的64.28%，两组数据的比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.0）；比较两组患者的生存质量评分，研究组的改善程度优于对照组，其比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.0）。结论：予以支气管哮喘患者补益肺肾治疗，疗效显著，并可有效的改善其生活质量，值得在临床推广应用。

목적：분석보익폐신법대치료효천적림상효과급개선환자생존질량적의의。방법：자료선자2012년4월-2013년5월재아원진치적지기관효천환자84례。장량조환자수궤분위연구조화대조조，대조조채용상규서의치료，연구조재차기출상가용보익폐신치료，분석량조환자적림상효과화생존질량적개선정황。결과：분석량조환자적림상료효，연구조적총유효솔위83.33%，명현고우대조조적64.28%，량조수거적비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.0）；비교량조환자적생존질량평분，연구조적개선정도우우대조조，기비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.0）。결론：여이지기관효천환자보익폐신치료，료효현저，병가유효적개선기생활질량，치득재림상추엄응용。
objective:to analyze beneficial stomach kidney and the clinical effect of treatment of asthma and improve patient quality of life. Methods:the data in April 2012-May 2013 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 84 cases of bronchial asthma patients. To two groups of patients were randomly divided into research group and the control group, control group with conventional western medicine treatment, the team on the basis of treatment with beneficial stomach kidney, analysis the clinical effect of two groups of patients and improve the quality of survival. Results:analysis the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, the team's total effective rate was 83.33%, significantly higher than the control group 64.28%, the comparison of two groups of data statistical y significant difference (P<0.0);Comparison of two groups of patients survival quality score, the team is bet er than that of control group, improve its comparative differences statistical y significant (P< 0.0). Conclusion: patients with bronchial asthma benefit lung kidney treatment, curative effect is distinct, and can effectively improve the quality of life, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
