目的：评估急性缺血性脑卒中动脉内溶栓疗效。方法：选择10例头颅 CT 评实有神经系统功能缺损而无相应的低密度区的患者。其中偏侧肢体肌力0级6例，1级有2例，2级为2例。结果：术后ADL1级为6例，2级为2例，3级为1例，4级为1例。结论：该疗法可使致残率明显降低，生活质量大大提高。

목적：평고급성결혈성뇌졸중동맥내용전료효。방법：선택10례두로 CT 평실유신경계통공능결손이무상응적저밀도구적환자。기중편측지체기력0급6례，1급유2례，2급위2례。결과：술후ADL1급위6례，2급위2례，3급위1례，4급위1례。결론：해요법가사치잔솔명현강저，생활질량대대제고。
objective:To evaluate the effect of endoartery thrompolytic therapy in acute ischemia strore. Methods:Chossing 10patients with defect but density zone confirmed by CT were selected ; The nemilateral muscle power was tested in 10 patiests (6 patients with grade0,2 patients with grade 1, and 2 patients with grade2). Results:The postoperative ADL showed that the cases of grade1、2、3、4were6、2、2、1 patients respectively. Conclusion:significantly decrease the defictivate and improve the biving puality.
