目的：侧脑室-腹腔分流术方法治疗脑积水临床分析。方法回顾性分析62例侧脑室-腹腔分流术的手术疗效。结果6例出现并发症，其中感染3例，腹腔端梗阻1例，过度分流2例。结论侧脑室腹腔分流术侧脑室腹腔分流术治疗脑积水有确定疗效，但是临床有一定的并发症，通过改善手术技巧，可以减少并发症的概率。
목적：측뇌실-복강분류술방법치료뇌적수림상분석。방법회고성분석62례측뇌실-복강분류술적수술료효。결과6례출현병발증，기중감염3례，복강단경조1례，과도분류2례。결론측뇌실복강분류술측뇌실복강분류술치료뇌적수유학정료효，단시림상유일정적병발증，통과개선수술기교，가이감소병발증적개솔。
Objective Clinical analysis of ventriculoperitoneal shunt for hydrocephalus. Methods A retrospective analysis of 62 cases of operation effect of ventriculoperitoneal shunt.
