目的：研究和分析对乳腺癌患者放射治疗期间进行护理干预对其心理造成的影响。方法随机选择66例在我院接受乳腺癌放疗的患者，将患者分为两组，对照组患者仅接受常规治疗，研究组患者接受全面护理干预，分别对两组患者的护理疗效满意率进行比较。结果研究组患者护理满意率明显高于对照组，两组患者护理疗效满意率具有显著差异（P ＜0.05）。结论对乳腺癌患者放射治疗期间进行全面护理干预能够有效缓解患者的不良情绪。
목적：연구화분석대유선암환자방사치료기간진행호리간예대기심리조성적영향。방법수궤선택66례재아원접수유선암방료적환자，장환자분위량조，대조조환자부접수상규치료，연구조환자접수전면호리간예，분별대량조환자적호리료효만의솔진행비교。결과연구조환자호리만의솔명현고우대조조，량조환자호리료효만의솔구유현저차이（P ＜0.05）。결론대유선암환자방사치료기간진행전면호리간예능구유효완해환자적불량정서。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on breast cancer patients’ psychology during the radiotherapy. Methods 66 cases of breast cancer patients were selected form our hospital.They were divided into two groups,control group patients were nursed by normal nursing methods,and research group were nursed by comprehensive nursing intervention methods.Compared the two group patients’s satisfaction for the two nursing schedule. Results In nursing satisfaction aspect,the research group were higher than control group,and the difference were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on breast cancer patients’ psychology during the radiotherapy can relieve the patient's bad mood.
