目的：探讨灌肠所致直肠黏膜损伤出血的相关因素及护理对策，以降低灌肠所致并发症的发生。方法对我院发生2例灌肠所致直肠黏膜损伤出血病例进行回顾性分析。结果护士评估不足、操作不当、能力不足、防范意识不强；灌肠器具结构、材质以及患者用药史、心理因素、肠道疾病等因素有关。结论护理人员了解灌肠导致直肠黏膜损伤的因素，采取有效地护理对策，从而降低灌肠后并发症的发生。
목적：탐토관장소치직장점막손상출혈적상관인소급호리대책，이강저관장소치병발증적발생。방법대아원발생2례관장소치직장점막손상출혈병례진행회고성분석。결과호사평고불족、조작불당、능력불족、방범의식불강；관장기구결구、재질이급환자용약사、심리인소、장도질병등인소유관。결론호리인원료해관장도치직장점막손상적인소，채취유효지호리대책，종이강저관장후병발증적발생。
Objective To explore the factors of Enema Rectal Mucosa injury induced by hemorrhage and interventions in order to reduce the incidence of complications by enemas. Methods My hospital 2 cases enema Rectal Mucosa injury induced by hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed. Result Nursing assessment inadequate, improper handling, insufficient capacity, awareness is not strong; enema apparatus structure, materials, history of medications, psychology, GI diseases ect. Conclusion Nurses understand the reason enema Rectal Mucosa injury induced, adopt effective nursing strategies, so as to reduce the incidence of complications after enema.
