目的 了解高职学生对H7N9禽流感疾病相关知识(K)的掌握状况及态度(A)、行为(P)现状,为学校开展健康教育提供科学依据.方法 采用随机整群抽样方法,用自行设计的问卷对高职986名在校学生进行H7N9禽流感疾病相关知识掌握状况的调查,并了解受调查学生对H7N9的态度和行为水平,对调查结果进行分析.结果 男女生及不同年级的学生对禽流感的认知情况比较差异有统计学意义,女生和大二学生对传染病知识的知晓情况普遍较高;面对禽流感疫情30.93%的受调查学生有紧张、恐惧心理,男生比女生更严重;手机、网络是学生获得H7N9禽流感信息的主要来源.结论 高职学生对H7N9禽流感知识的掌握有待进一步完善,要针对性地开展健康教育,培养学生健康的行为方式,促进大学生身心健康.

Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitudes and practices of higher vocational college students related to H7N9,in order to provide evidence for health education in colleges.Methods Using cluster random sampling method,a total of 986 students were investigated by self-administered questionnaires.Results The awareness of H7N9 was different among genders and grades.Schoolgirls and students in grade two had a better knowledge of H7N9.About 30.93 percent of students were nervous and afraid of H7N9,among whom schoolboys had a higher percentage than schoolgirls.Most students got the information of H7N9 by mobile-phones and computers.Conclusions Students of higher vocational college need a deeper education in the knowledge of H7N9,targeted education should be carried out to cultivate healthy behavior and promote mental and physical health of students.
