目的 评价高敏C反应蛋白结合血管内超声技术对冠心病临界病变行介入治疗后产生不良事件.方法 选择2013年2月至2014年2月在我院确诊为冠心病的患者80例,均在术前做高敏C反应蛋白检测,利用冠状动脉造影检查并采取血管内超声检查,当最小管腔面积符合时行支架植入术.把患者分成高敏C反应蛋白正常组与升高组,对比两组患者出现不良事件的情况.结果 升高组患者发生心脏不良事件的机率、复发率以及死亡率明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05).结论 高敏C反应蛋白可以有效预测冠心病临界病变介入术后发生心脏不良事件的可能,从而改善患者预后情况.

목적 평개고민C반응단백결합혈관내초성기술대관심병림계병변행개입치료후산생불량사건.방법 선택2013년2월지2014년2월재아원학진위관심병적환자80례,균재술전주고민C반응단백검측,이용관상동맥조영검사병채취혈관내초성검사,당최소관강면적부합시행지가식입술.파환자분성고민C반응단백정상조여승고조,대비량조환자출현불량사건적정황.결과 승고조환자발생심장불량사건적궤솔、복발솔이급사망솔명현고우정상조,차이유통계학의의(P< 0.05).결론 고민C반응단백가이유효예측관심병림계병변개입술후발생심장불량사건적가능,종이개선환자예후정황.
Objective To evaluate high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) combined with intravascular ultrasound predicting cardiac adverse events after critical lesions in coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods 80 patients diagnosed with CHD were selected from our hospital from February,2013 to February,2014.The hs-CRP' s in all the patients were detected before the operation.All the patients were examined with angiography and intravascular ultrasound before the operation.When its minimum lumen area was suitable,stent implantation was performed.According to the hs-CRP level,the patients were divided into a normal hsCRP group and an elevated hs-CRP group.Cardiac adverse events of both groups were compared.Results The incidence of cardiac adverse events,relapse rate,and mortality was significantly higher in the elevated hsCRP group than in the normal hs-CRP group,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions hs-CRP can effectively predict cardiac adverse events after critical lesions in CHD,so the patients' prognosis can be improved.
