快速、准确和完整地获取曲面实体的点云数据以及对点云数据进行快速、准确的后处理得到CAD模型是逆向工程实施的关键。以叶片为例,研究利用便携式关节臂测量机配合Scanworks V5激光扫描测头对曲面进行点云数据采集,并利用Geomagic Studio软件对点云数据进行后处理得到高质量NURBS曲面模型的方法。实践证明,该方法可保证模型数据的完整性与精确性,从而生成高质量的模型,既符合实际生产制造的需要,又可缩短产品开发周期,降低产品成本,具有重要的实际工程意义。

How to obtain the point cloud data of the surface rapidly ,accurately and completely ,and get the CAD model with the rapid and accurate postprocessing of point cloud data is the most important part in the reverse engineering .With blade as an ex-ample ,the method of the point cloud data acquisition by the portable articulated arm CMM with Scanworks V 5 and acquiring high quality NURBS surface mode by Geomagic Studio was studied .The practice shows that this method could ensure the integrity and the accuracy of the model data to generate high quality mode ,and it not only accords with the actual production needs but also shortens the development cycle and reduces the cost of product ,which is significant in the practical engineering .
