以长白山野生草本地被植物野火球、黄莲花为材料,进行水分胁迫试验。结果表明:两种植物的叶片相对含水率呈现出不同的变化状态,电解质渗出率随时间的延长呈现逐渐增加的趋势,可溶性糖含量随胁迫时间的延长均呈现逐渐增加的趋势,持续干旱条件下黄莲花丙二醛含量增加幅度相对较大。黄莲花抵抗持续干旱能力较强,野火球抵抗持续水淹能力较强。
以長白山野生草本地被植物野火毬、黃蓮花為材料,進行水分脅迫試驗。結果錶明:兩種植物的葉片相對含水率呈現齣不同的變化狀態,電解質滲齣率隨時間的延長呈現逐漸增加的趨勢,可溶性糖含量隨脅迫時間的延長均呈現逐漸增加的趨勢,持續榦旱條件下黃蓮花丙二醛含量增加幅度相對較大。黃蓮花牴抗持續榦旱能力較彊,野火毬牴抗持續水淹能力較彊。
이장백산야생초본지피식물야화구、황연화위재료,진행수분협박시험。결과표명:량충식물적협편상대함수솔정현출불동적변화상태,전해질삼출솔수시간적연장정현축점증가적추세,가용성당함량수협박시간적연장균정현축점증가적추세,지속간한조건하황연화병이철함량증가폭도상대교대。황연화저항지속간한능력교강,야화구저항지속수엄능력교강。
Trifolium lupinaster L and Lysimachia dvurica Leddebour, two kinds of wild herbaceous ground covers in Changbai Mountains were taken as materials to conduct water stress experiment .The results showed that leaf relative water content of them presented different change , with the extension of water stress , electrolyte and sol-uble sugar content showed the tendency of gradually increase .On condition that persistent drought , malonalde-hyde content of Lysimachia dvurica Leddebour increased with relatively large extent .Lysimachia dvurica Ledde-bour had strong abilities to resist continuous drought , Trifolium lupinaster L had strong abilities to resist continu-ous water logging .
