混凝土设备施工时，往往需要搅拌车与泵送设备协同作业，搅拌车卸料速度应根据泵送速度实时变化，从而保证泵送设备料斗中存有充足的混凝土。目前，搅拌车卸料大多为手动控制，难以使卸料速度与泵送速度保持一致。为解决上述问题，通过采集、处理泵送设备的换向声音，实时判断泵送设备的当前排量，并通过换算获取搅拌车卸料速度，使得搅拌车与泵送设备协同工作。

When mixer truck and pump equipment construct collaboratively ,mixer truck unloading speed need to change accord-ing to the pumping speed .While mixer truck unloading is manually controlled , it is not easy to make the unloading speed and pumping speed maintaining a consistent .Aiming at this problem ,we design a set of system .With the application of this system in the mixer,it can judge the current displacement by transform direction voice of pump equipment ,and control mixer truck unloa-ding speed by the displacement ,then achieve the pump equipment and mixer truck work collaboratively .
