在收集1996-2010年全国和贵州省入境旅游产业部门数据的基础上,采用静态偏离-份额法(SSM)和动态偏离-份额方法(DSSM),对贵州省入境旅游产业结构进行实证分析.结果显示:①贵州省入境旅游产业整体发展水平低于全国平均水平,竞争优势的缺失成为阻碍经济发展的首要因素,产业结构呈现优化趋势.②将入境旅游产业部门分为四类:快速发展部门、竞争力推动部门、结构优势推动部门和发展滞后部门,其中交通部门为推动贵州省入境旅游产业经济增长的主要力量.③将整体发展分为三个阶段,分析得出交通与游览部门为持续推动产业增长的优势部门.④入境旅游产业的结构效益尚未转化为实际竞争力.

Based on collecting departments statistical data of Guizhou and national inbound tourism industry (1996-2010),using shift-share method(SSM) and dynamic shift-share method(DSSM) to do empirical analysis of Guizhou inbound tourism industry. The results show:①The overall level of Guizhou inbound tourism is below the national average level. The deficiency of competitive advantage becomes the primary factor that block the economic development while industrial structure presents a trend of optimization. ②Inbound tourism sector can be divided into four categories:rapid development department,competitiveness promote department,structure advantage promote department and lagging development department,the transportation department is the major force to promote the economy of Guizhou inbound tourism industry. ③The whole development can be divided into three stages,the transportation and scenic tour departments have advantage which promote industrial development grow continuously.④Inbound tourism industrial structure benefit has yet to translate into real competitiveness.
