利用二乙醇胺和桐油进行胺解反应,成功地制备了主要含有两个羟基的桐油多元醇。考察了本体聚合工艺条件(引发剂浓度、单体配比、聚合温度、聚合时间)对胺解转化率的影响,利用液相、红外光谱对所得产物结构进行了表征。

In the present paper,Tung oil polyols with conjugated double bonds were prepared through aminolysis by diethanolamine. FTIR and liquid chromatograph were used to characterize their structures. The effects of the mixing ratio of monomers,the initiator concentration,the polymerization temperature and time on the reaction conversion rate were also discussed. The results confirmed the structure of Tung oil polyols and obtained the preferential synthesis process.
