建立了微波消解-微分电位溶出分析法测定面制品中砷含量的方法.优化了实验条件如电沉积电位、平衡电位等,线性范围:砷0~200 ng,检出限分别为3.63 ng/mL,RSD=3.76%(n=7).该法与国家标准原子荧光方法相比,具有检测速度快、成本低、结果稳定可靠等优点.测定面制品中砷含量的结果与原子荧光法无显著差异.

A method for rapid determination of As in flour products by potentiometric stripping analysis technology. The experimental parameter,such as accumulation potential and equilibrium potential,were optimized. The peak currents were linear with the concentration in the range:0~200 ng. The detection limits were 3.63 ng/mL. RSD<3.76%(n=7). Compared with atomic fluorescence method,this method is more rapid and cheaper. And results obtained by this method are as reliable as atomic fluorescence method.
