目的::观察注射用银杏叶提取物静脉注射对动物神经系统的影响。方法:以注射用银杏叶提取物高剂量(18mg/kg)、中剂量(9mg/kg)、低剂量(4.5mg/kg)静脉注射给药,经小鼠自主活动试验、小鼠转棒试验及与戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠协同作用试验,观察银杏叶提取物对小鼠神经系统的影响。结果:银杏叶提取物高、中、低三个剂量组与溶剂对照组比较,小鼠自主活动数、落棒率及翻正反射发生率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:注射用银杏叶提取物在剂量范围内对神经系统无明显影响。

목적::관찰주사용은행협제취물정맥주사대동물신경계통적영향。방법:이주사용은행협제취물고제량(18mg/kg)、중제량(9mg/kg)、저제량(4.5mg/kg)정맥주사급약,경소서자주활동시험、소서전봉시험급여무파비타납역하제량최면협동작용시험,관찰은행협제취물대소서신경계통적영향。결과:은행협제취물고、중、저삼개제량조여용제대조조비교,소서자주활동수、락봉솔급번정반사발생솔균무현저영향(P>0.05)。결론:주사용은행협제취물재제량범위내대신경계통무명현영향。
Objective:To observe the effect of the injection of ginkgo biloba extract on the nervous system of mice. Methods:Forty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and were intravenously given injection of ginkgo biloba extract at the dose of 18,9,and 4.5 mg/kg and 0.9% sodium chloride injection(served as solvent control),respective-ly. The spontaneous activity test,turn rod test and hypnotic synergy test under sodium pentobarbital threshold dose were carried out to observe the effect of ginkgo biloba extract on the nervous system. Results:No significant differ-ence was noted in the number of spontaneous activity,rod drop rate,and the righting reflex of mice between the ginkgo biloba extract groups and the solvent control group(P>0.05). Conclusion:The injection of ginkgo biloba ex tract in the dose range had no obvious influence on the nervous system of mice.
