目的：：探讨超声引导下行PICC置管在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的应用及效果。方法：将本院2008年1月~2011年12月我科采用超声引导下行PICC置管应用于妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤化疗的患者作为研究对象，与周围(头皮针)静脉输液为对照组，观察治疗效果和化疗副反应。结果：经超声引导下行PICC置管的化疗效果好，血β-HCG有效下降明显，可缩短化疗疗程。结论：经超声引导下行PICC置管的并发症少，化疗副反应小。
목적：：탐토초성인도하행PICC치관재임신자양세포종류적응용급효과。방법：장본원2008년1월~2011년12월아과채용초성인도하행PICC치관응용우임신자양세포종류화료적환자작위연구대상，여주위(두피침)정맥수액위대조조，관찰치료효과화화료부반응。결과：경초성인도하행PICC치관적화료효과호，혈β-HCG유효하강명현，가축단화료료정。결론：경초성인도하행PICC치관적병발증소，화료부반응소。
Objective:Researching of the effect and application about gestational trophoblastic tumor with ultrasound-guided PICC(peripherally inserted central venous catheters).Methods:Choosing the patients as research object Who were gestational trophoblastic tumor patients and given chemotherapy by ultrasound-guided PICC between January 2008 and December 2011 in our section.Choocing the patients as control group who were treated by scalp acupuncture.Contrasting the effect and the side reaction with the groups.Results:Study group gains the better chemotherapy effect,obvious decline of bloodβ-HCG.Conclusion:However,less side reaction and complication,shorten treatment.
