目的：：观察孟鲁司特与布地奈德联合使用治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取2010年10月~2012年4月,来我院接受治疗的儿童哮喘急性发作患者90例,将其随机分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组45例。两组给予相同的常规基础治疗,A组将孟鲁司特与布地奈德联用,而B组单独吸入布地奈德。观察两组治疗后哮喘患者症状的缓解情况、两组的总体治疗效果、肺功能改善状况、不良反应情况。结果：A组患者治疗的总体有效人数为42例(93.33%),B组患者治疗的总体有效人数为35例(75.56%),A组的治疗效果要显著好于B组(P<0.05)；A组患者的哮喘临床症状缓解情况要显著好于B组(P<0.05)；A组患者治疗后的肺功能(1S最大呼气量、最大呼吸流量)的改善情况也要显著好于B组(P<0.05),两组均无严重不良反应情况发生。结论：孟鲁司特与布地奈德联合使用治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床疗效显著,安全性高。
목적：：관찰맹로사특여포지내덕연합사용치료인동효천급성발작적림상료효급안전성。방법：선취2010년10월~2012년4월,래아원접수치료적인동효천급성발작환자90례,장기수궤분위실험조(A조)화대조조(B조),매조45례。량조급여상동적상규기출치료,A조장맹로사특여포지내덕련용,이B조단독흡입포지내덕。관찰량조치료후효천환자증상적완해정황、량조적총체치료효과、폐공능개선상황、불량반응정황。결과：A조환자치료적총체유효인수위42례(93.33%),B조환자치료적총체유효인수위35례(75.56%),A조적치료효과요현저호우B조(P<0.05)；A조환자적효천림상증상완해정황요현저호우B조(P<0.05)；A조환자치료후적폐공능(1S최대호기량、최대호흡류량)적개선정황야요현저호우B조(P<0.05),량조균무엄중불량반응정황발생。결론：맹로사특여포지내덕연합사용치료인동효천급성발작적림상료효현저,안전성고。
Objective:To observe clinical curative effect and security of using montelukast and budesonide together to treat children's acute episoded asthma.Methods:Chose 90 cases of those acute episoded asthma patients who have been treated at our hospital from 2010 to 2011,divided them into experimental group(group A) and control group(group B) randomly,each group has 45 cases.Gave the same conventional basic treatment to these two groups’ patients’,what's more,gave montelukast combined with budesonide to those who in group A,while just gave budesonide to those who in group B.Observed these two groups’ asthma patients’ symptom relief situation after the treatment and these two groups’ overall treatment effects,improvement situation of lung function and untoward effect situations. Results:Group A's overall effective treatment number was 42 cases(93.33%),while group B's was 35 cases(75.56%),group A's treatment effect was obviously better than group B's(P<0.05);Group A's patients’ asthma clinical symptom relief situation was evidently better than group B's(P<0.05);Group A's patients’ lung functions (forced volume expration and peak expiratory flow)improvement situation was obviously better than group B's(P<0.05),no serious untoward effects happened to these two groups.Conclusion:Montelukast combined with budesonide has significant curative effects on the treatment of children's acute episoded asthma and it has high security.
