目的：：对术中放射性粒子植入在治疗脑恶性肿瘤病变中的手术效果和植入方法进行总结分析。方法：通过对58例脑部恶性肿瘤性疾病的手术切除联合术中粒子植入过程的总结和对患者预后情况的分析,并同82例单纯行手术切除的脑恶性肿瘤患者进行对照,评价两组患者术后不良反应发生率之间有无差异,并对放射性粒子植入操作进行总结。结果：患者在手术切除肿瘤占位性病变后,通过对于术区残腔的125I粒子局部植入,具有较高的安全性,其术后并发症发生率同单纯手术切除相比无明显差异(χ2=0.014,P=0.905)。结论：放射性粒子植入是一项重要的间质内放疗手段,其植入操作安全,术后不良反应发生较低,通过对其植入材料和验证方式的不断改进能够使这项技术得到不断的发展和进步。

Objective:To analyze the treatment of surgery combined with radioactive seed implantation of brain malignant tumor. Methods:Total of 58 cases collected surgery combined with radioactive seed implantation operation treatment of brain malignant tumor and compare with 52 cases with surgery treatment method alone.And summarize the method.Results:Patients after surgery to remove the tumor occupying lesions by local implantation of 125I seeds with high security,their postoperative complication rates with no significant difference compared to surgical resection alone (χ2=0.014,P=0.905).Conclusion:Radioactive seed implantation is an important means of interstitial radiotherapy,the method is safe and with low adverse effect,the continuous development of this technology enables the continuous improvement of their implant materials and validateand progress.
