目的：：通过调查研究股骨上段骨折股骨顺行髓内钉固定术后所出现的骨折不愈合现象的原因。方法：根据我院2010年6月~2011年2月收治的6例股骨上段骨折股骨顺行髓内钉固定术后所出现的骨折不愈合病例进行回顾性对比分析。结果：采用切开复位方法的有2例，应用钢丝环扎进行固定的有2例；具有骨折复位后不良现象患者有1例，出现髓内钉过细现象的患者有1例。6例患者要再次采用手术治疗。结论：造成股骨上段骨折股骨顺行髓内钉固定术后所出现的骨折不愈合的原因具有多种因素，尤其是手术的治疗技术问题。

목적：：통과조사연구고골상단골절고골순행수내정고정술후소출현적골절불유합현상적원인。방법：근거아원2010년6월~2011년2월수치적6례고골상단골절고골순행수내정고정술후소출현적골절불유합병례진행회고성대비분석。결과：채용절개복위방법적유2례，응용강사배찰진행고정적유2례；구유골절복위후불량현상환자유1례，출현수내정과세현상적환자유1례。6례환자요재차채용수술치료。결론：조성고골상단골절고골순행수내정고정술후소출현적골절불유합적원인구유다충인소，우기시수술적치료기술문제。
Objective:Through the investigation and study on the femoral paragraph of fracture of the femoral anterograde intramedullary nail fixed postoperative in nonunion phenomenon.Methods:According to our June 2010 to February 2011,6 cases were femur fracture section of the femoral anterograde intramedullary nail fixed postoperative in nonunion cases were retrospectively contrast analysis.Results:By open reduction method in 2 cases,the application of steel wire cerclage fixed have 2 cases).Have after the fracture patients with bad phenomena in 1,appear the phenomenon of meticulous intramedullary nailing with 1 case.Surgery through the analysis,6 patients by surgical treatment again.Conclusion:The reason of the emergence of proximal femur fracture femoral antegrade intramedullary nailing fixation of fracture nonunion has many factors,especially in the treatment of technical problems in operation.
