目的：：探讨耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺治疗70例分泌性中耳炎的临床观察。方法：回顾性分析2010年12月~2012年12月在我院接受治疗的120例分泌性中耳炎患者，将所有患者随机分成两组：试验组和对照组，每组患者为60例，对照组给予鼓膜穿刺联合盐酸氨溴索，试验组给予鼓膜穿刺联合地塞米松与α-糜蛋白酶，密切观察两组患者的临床效果。结果：(1)试验组的总有效率(90.0%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(78.3%)(P<0.05)，两组间的差异具有统计学意义；(2)两组分泌性中耳炎患者经过一个疗程的治疗之后，试验组耳聋、耳鸣、耳听力下降以及耳闷塞感等不良反应的发生率(5.0%)均低于对照组的不良反应发生率(13.3%)。结论：耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺联合地塞米松与α-糜蛋白酶具有药效作用快、不良反应少等优点，在治疗分泌性中耳炎中具有较高的安全性和有效性，大幅度减轻患者的痛苦，提高患者的生活质量。
목적：：탐토이내경하고막천자치료70례분비성중이염적림상관찰。방법：회고성분석2010년12월~2012년12월재아원접수치료적120례분비성중이염환자，장소유환자수궤분성량조：시험조화대조조，매조환자위60례，대조조급여고막천자연합염산안추색，시험조급여고막천자연합지새미송여α-미단백매，밀절관찰량조환자적림상효과。결과：(1)시험조적총유효솔(90.0%)명현고우대조조적총유효솔(78.3%)(P<0.05)，량조간적차이구유통계학의의；(2)량조분비성중이염환자경과일개료정적치료지후，시험조이롱、이명、이은력하강이급이민새감등불량반응적발생솔(5.0%)균저우대조조적불량반응발생솔(13.3%)。결론：이내경하고막천자연합지새미송여α-미단백매구유약효작용쾌、불량반응소등우점，재치료분비성중이염중구유교고적안전성화유효성，대폭도감경환자적통고，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective:To study auripucture with otic endoscope in treating 70 cases of patients with secretory otitis media. Methods:During the period December 2010 to December 2012,120 cases of otitis media with effusion in patients treated in our hospital,all patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,60 cases in each group of patients,the control group was given the tympanic membrane puncture joint ambroxol hydrochloride,the study group received a tympanic membrane puncture in combination with dexamethasone andα-chymotrypsin,close observation of twothe group of patients with clinical effect.Results:(1)The test group total efficiency (90.0%) was significantly higher than the total efficiency (78.3%) (P<0.05),the gap between the two groups is statistically significant;(2)The two groups of patients with secretory otitis media after the treatment, the test group of deafness,tinnitus,ear hearing loss,ear choking flu incidence of adverse reactions (5.0%) were lower than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions (13.3%).Conclusion:Microscope in the ear,the eardrum puncture the joint dexamethasone withα-chymotrypsin the fast Efficacyt fewer adverse reactions, higher safety and efficacy in the treatment of secretory otitis media,significantly reduce patientpain and improve the patient's quality of life.
