实践教学是高职教育中实现人才培养目标的重要环节。文中以学生职业能力培养为目标，结合高职物流专业实践教学中存在的问题，提出构建职业能力导向的高职物流专业实践教学体系的基本思路，最后就实施高职物流专业实践教学的保障机制进行了有益地探讨。

Practice teaching is an important link to realize the goal of training talent in Higher Vocational education.The student occupation ability as the goal,combined with the presence of practice teaching in higher vocational logistics professional problem,put forward the basic idea of practice of higher vocational logistics professional occupation ability oriented teaching system construction,the implementation of security mechanism of teaching practice of Logistics Specialty in higher vocational education have been discussed.
