Our Party and government is gradually aware of the agricultural electronic commerce value,also has stressed the need to pay attention to develop the agricultural e -commerce.Thanks to the joint efforts of all walks of life in the society, agricultural electronic commerce,which is appealing to people,seems to have exuberant vitality and promising future.As far as it is concerned,there are variety of cases of failure.Through comprehensive analysis,the main factors which restrict the development of agricultural e -commerce are various,such as conscious factors,facilities factors,talent factors,product factors,logistics factors,platform factors,and system factors.
