This paper first analyzes the freight transport of Chongqing main city,evaluates the original programme of van restrictions.Based on the balanced traffic flow,the balanced area,the staggered time,the decreasing traffic interference,and safety,this article discusses the limited time,the limited vehicle types,and the limited areas.Finally,the paper puts forward a new scheme of van restrictions in Chongqing main city.
