内蒙古太平矿业浩尧尔忽洞金矿地层复杂,多强硅化的硬、脆、碎地层及部分砂质页岩等风化破碎地层,常规回转钻进地层打滑,钻孔上漂,岩心堵塞,回次进尺少,打捞频繁,纯钻进时间少,台月效率低。采用绳索取心液动锤钻进工艺,克服了上述问题,取得了良好的效果。
內矇古太平礦業浩堯爾忽洞金礦地層複雜,多彊硅化的硬、脆、碎地層及部分砂質頁巖等風化破碎地層,常規迴轉鑽進地層打滑,鑽孔上漂,巖心堵塞,迴次進呎少,打撈頻繁,純鑽進時間少,檯月效率低。採用繩索取心液動錘鑽進工藝,剋服瞭上述問題,取得瞭良好的效果。

In Haoyaoerhudong gold deposit of Inner Mongolia, the intensive silicified formation is complicated with hard, brittle, broken and weathered broken stratum of sandy shale.By conventional rotary drilling,“slipping”, borehole upward inclining, core plugging, less footage round, frequent fishing, short net drilling time and low efficiency often occur.These difficult problems are overcome by wire-line coring hydro-hammer with good effects.
