对纳米光电产业技术进行概述，并简要介绍美、日、欧在纳米光电产业的布局。基于专利分析，从专利总体态势、技术生命周期、热点技术领域、专利地区分布和重点研究机构等角度，对我国纳米光电产业技术展开深入研究。最后，基于分析结果总结我国纳米光电产业技术的发展现状及研究热点。

In this paper, nano photoelectricity industrial technology and its industry layout in the United States, Japan and Europe were in-troduced first. Then, the technology was studied deeply based on the patent analysis. Aspects of general trend, technology life cycle, hot points of the technology, regional distribution and the key institutions were examined. Finally, development status and hot research fields of nano photoelectricity industrial technology in China were summarized based on the analysis result.
