我国周围血管疾病专业是以50年代中西医结合辨证治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎为开端而发展起来的，在古代文献中没有系统记载，其专业发展历程是在现代医学环境下，创新应用中医理论和中医西结合的最佳范例。笔者根据临床工作经验，总结了现代周围血管疾病的整体辨证中包含辨病与辨证相结合、整体辨证与局部辨证相结合、宏观辨证与微观辨证相结合、辨病机论治四项具体内容，是对传统中医整体辨证内涵的延伸和拓展，对充实现代周围血管疾病的理论体系具有重要意义。

The study of peripheral vascular disease was developed with the beginning of integrative treatment of Buerger in the 1950s in China .Without any record from ancient literature , the professional development of peripheral vascular disease is the best examples of in -novative applications of traditional Chinese medicine theory integrate with western medicine .Based on clinical experience , this article summed up the four parts of overall syndrome in modern peripheral vascular disease : combination of disease and syndrome differentia-tion;combination of overall syndrome and partial differentiation;combination of macro syndrome and microcosmic syndrome; treatment based on pathomechanism .The four parts are extension and expansion of connotations of TCM holistic syndrome , as well as being signifi-cant in enriching peripheral vascular disease in the modern theoretical system .
