目的：本文依据多囊卵巢综合征的临床表现，探讨其发病的主要病因病机。方法：结合历代文献，对该病的病因病机进行阐述。结果：系统准确地对多囊卵巢综合征病因病机的探讨，有助于提高临床诊疗水平。结论：肾虚为本病的基本病机，肝郁、痰湿、瘀血为其主要病机，但临床以虚实夹杂证型为多见。
目的：本文依據多囊卵巢綜閤徵的臨床錶現，探討其髮病的主要病因病機。方法：結閤歷代文獻，對該病的病因病機進行闡述。結果：繫統準確地對多囊卵巢綜閤徵病因病機的探討，有助于提高臨床診療水平。結論：腎虛為本病的基本病機，肝鬱、痰濕、瘀血為其主要病機，但臨床以虛實夾雜證型為多見。
목적：본문의거다낭란소종합정적림상표현，탐토기발병적주요병인병궤。방법：결합역대문헌，대해병적병인병궤진행천술。결과：계통준학지대다낭란소종합정병인병궤적탐토，유조우제고림상진료수평。결론：신허위본병적기본병궤，간욱、담습、어혈위기주요병궤，단림상이허실협잡증형위다견。
Objective:To discuss pathological mechanisms of poly-cystic ovarian syndrome ( PCOS ) according to its clinical features . Methods:Based on the summary of past literature , elaborated the etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS .Results: System and accurate study on etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS is helpful to enhance the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment .Conclusion:Deficiency of kidney is the basic pathogenesis of PCOS , while liver depression, phlegm-damp, blood stasis are the main pathogenesis;however, dur-ing clinical practice , syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess was the commonly seen clinical syndrome .
