针对节能车结构设计中减轻重量与减小变形相矛盾的现状,通过ANSYS对两种不同车架结构进行受力和变形分析,用Origin绘制出变化曲线,总结应力和变形规律,比较两种结构设计的性能差异,分析得出改进后的方案在重量减轻的情况下,在许用应力范围内,应力分布更合理,变形更小。实验结果充分证明了结构设计的合理性和可行性,对今后节能车优化设计有一定指导意义。

In light of the status in frame structure design of energy-saving vehicles that there is the contradiction between reducing the weight and reducing deformation,we carry out the force and deformation analyses on two different frame structures by ANSYS,use Origin to draw their variation curves,summarise the rules of stress and deformation,compare the performance differences of two structural designs.We analyse and conclude that the improved scheme has more reasonable stress distribution and less deformation in the circumstance of reducing the weight and within the allowable stress scope.Experimental results fully prove the reasonability and feasibility of the structure design,this has certain guiding significance for the optimised design of energy-saving vehicles in the future.
