利用红外热像仪直接观察与测定了钢锭凝固过程中铸模外表面的温度分布,对几个关键部位的温度随时间变化的趋势及规律进行了对比和分析,对可能存在的铸锭缺陷进行了判断。采用金相法和氧含量分析法对铸锭的显微结构进行分析,并结合统计数据对结果进行确认。证明利用红外热像仪判断铸锭缺陷在一定程度上是可行的。
利用紅外熱像儀直接觀察與測定瞭鋼錠凝固過程中鑄模外錶麵的溫度分佈,對幾箇關鍵部位的溫度隨時間變化的趨勢及規律進行瞭對比和分析,對可能存在的鑄錠缺陷進行瞭判斷。採用金相法和氧含量分析法對鑄錠的顯微結構進行分析,併結閤統計數據對結果進行確認。證明利用紅外熱像儀判斷鑄錠缺陷在一定程度上是可行的。

In this article the temperature distribution of mold’s surface in solidification process of the ingot was observed and measured by infrared thermal imager directly. We compared and analyzed the trend and regularity of the temperature change with time in several key points. And the possible ingot defects were speculated in correspondence. The microstructure of ingot was analyzed by the metallographic method and oxygen content analysis. The result was confirmed according to the statistical data. It is proved that judging ingot defects by infrared thermal imager is feasible to some extent.
