以镁/聚四氟乙烯红外诱饵配方为基础配方,用红磷和硫酸锶分别替换基础配方中的氧化剂和可燃剂,设计了几种不同的红外诱饵剂配方,利用差热分析仪、红外测温仪和红外辐射度计等仪器对各配方的性能进行测试研究。设计结果表明,红磷和硫酸锶均可以使反应的起始分解温度和结束温度降低,红磷的降低效果较硫酸锶更为明显。基础配方的最高火焰温度为1013.7℃,最大辐射强度为0.0023 W/sr,红磷的加入可以有效提升配方的辐射强度。随着替换成分质量分数的增加,最高火焰温度逐渐降低。质量分数为20%时,红磷配方的最高火焰温度为427.7℃,最大辐射强度为0.1522 W/sr,安定性下降,燃烧出现不连续现象;硫酸锶配方为818.6℃,辐射强度变化不大,燃烧过程比较稳定。

Based on the basic formula of infrared decoy with Mg and PTFE, red phosphorus and strontium sulfate being taken as oxidant and flammable, several different formulas of infrared decoy were designed, and its performance was tested by differential thermal analyzer, infrared thermometer and infrared radiometer. The results indicate that the formulas of red phosphorus and strontium sulfate reduce the decomposition temperature of the reaction and the ending temperature, and the reducing effect of the red phosphorus is more obvious than strontium sulfate. The highest combustion temperature and the maximum radiant intensity of the basic formula were 1013.7℃ and 0.0023 W/sr. The radiation intensity with the formula of red phosphorus was enhanced effectively. With the increase of the mass fraction of the component replacement, the highest combustion temperature decreased gradually. The mass fraction being 20%, the highest combustion temperature and the maximum radiation intensity of the formula red phosphorus were 427.7℃ and 0.1522 W/sr, with stability decreased and combustion discontinued. The formula strontium sulfate was 818.6℃, with radiant intensity changed relatively little and combustion process stable.
