红外图像的模拟能够对红外探测系统的实时性能进行测试和评估,也可以用于红外伪装,如设置假目标。利用电热膜模拟红外图像简单方便、成本低。分析了电热膜面电阻分布与功率分布之间的关系,制作出模拟真实目标的电热膜,获取其不同加热功率下的红外图像,比较电热膜红外图像和原始目标红外图像的相似性,测试了电热膜形成红外图像的时间。利用电热膜能够快速形成良好的红外图像。

The simulation of infrared image can test and evaluate the dynamic performance of infrared detection system and be used in infrared camouflage such as decoy. Using electric heating film to simulate infrared image is simple and cheap. The relationship between electric resistance distribution and power distribution was revealed. The electric heating film for simulating target was designed, and then its infrared images were obtained. Then the similarity between electric heating film infrared image and original target infrared image was compared. At last the generation time of infrared image was tested. Fine infrared image can be generated quickly using electric heating film.
