对流动注射法测定地表水中高锰酸盐指数进行了深入研究,优化了仪器的最佳工作参数。其测定结果表明,该方法在标准溶液质量浓度为0~10.8 mg/L时工作曲线具有良好的线性,最低检测限为0.0748 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.59%~4.70%,加入标准物质回收率为98.5%~101%。该方法与酸性高锰酸钾法进行比对,其测定结果准确、可靠,无显著性差异。

This paper studied a method that determines permanganate index in the surface water using flow injec-tion analysis(FIA),and optimized the optimal working conditions of facilities .Determination results show that the line-arity range for the determination of mercury was found to be 0-10.8 mg/L.The lower detection limit was found to be 0.0748 mg/L,RSD obtained was 0.59 %-4.70 %and with addition of standard substance the recovery was in the range of 98.5-101 %.Compared to acidic permanganate ,the test results are precise and reliable,having no obvious inconsistency.
