目的：对珍菊降压片临床安全性研究文献进行分析，以了解珍菊降压片不良反应特征。方法：对患者的性别、年龄、药物过敏史、使用剂量、联合用药情况、不良反应发生时间与症状等信息进行分析。结果：不良反应多集中在50-70岁的中老年人，并以皮肤及附件损害为主，1-80周之间均有不良反应发生。结论：珍菊降压片不良反应发生与临床合理用药及患者个体因素等关系密切，要求临床医务工作者高度警惕，以保障用药安全。
目的：對珍菊降壓片臨床安全性研究文獻進行分析，以瞭解珍菊降壓片不良反應特徵。方法：對患者的性彆、年齡、藥物過敏史、使用劑量、聯閤用藥情況、不良反應髮生時間與癥狀等信息進行分析。結果：不良反應多集中在50-70歲的中老年人，併以皮膚及附件損害為主，1-80週之間均有不良反應髮生。結論：珍菊降壓片不良反應髮生與臨床閤理用藥及患者箇體因素等關繫密切，要求臨床醫務工作者高度警惕，以保障用藥安全。
목적：대진국강압편림상안전성연구문헌진행분석，이료해진국강압편불량반응특정。방법：대환자적성별、년령、약물과민사、사용제량、연합용약정황、불량반응발생시간여증상등신식진행분석。결과：불량반응다집중재50-70세적중노년인，병이피부급부건손해위주，1-80주지간균유불량반응발생。결론：진국강압편불량반응발생여림상합리용약급환자개체인소등관계밀절，요구림상의무공작자고도경척，이보장용약안전。
Objective: To study the characteristics of adverse reactions of Zhen-ju antihypertensive tablets by analyzing lit-eratures on the clinical safety. Methods: The basic information about sex, age, allergic history, dosage, drug combination and the time as well as the syndrome of the adverse reactions was analyzed. Results: Adverse reactions mostly happened to the elderly at the age of 50 to 70 and mainly caused damages to skin and the accessory. There were adverse reactions in the span of 1 to 80 weeks. Conclusions: The adverse reactions of Zhen-ju antihypertensive tablets are closely related to its rea-sonable clinic usage and the individuals of patients; and the medical workers should be highly cautious to guarantee the clini-cal safe administration.
