目的:研究α-细辛脑-(HP-β-CD)包合物的制备工艺。方法:以包合率为指标,比较超声波,饱和水溶液法,研磨法的包合效果,确定最优包合方法;采用正交实验,考察α-细辛脑与HP-β-CD比例、包合温度、包合时间对包合率的影响;以包合率和细辛脑的溶解度验证包合条件。结果:用超声波法包合率最高;最佳包合工艺条件为:α-细辛脑与HP-β-CD比例为1∶4,包合温度为35℃,包合时间为4 h;采用最佳条件验证,α-细辛脑的包合率为33.4%,α-细辛脑溶解度提高了14倍多。结论:该工艺简便,重复性好,能使α-细辛脑的溶解度得到提高,适用于α-细辛脑包合。

목적:연구α-세신뇌-(HP-β-CD)포합물적제비공예。방법:이포합솔위지표,비교초성파,포화수용액법,연마법적포합효과,학정최우포합방법;채용정교실험,고찰α-세신뇌여HP-β-CD비례、포합온도、포합시간대포합솔적영향;이포합솔화세신뇌적용해도험증포합조건。결과:용초성파법포합솔최고;최가포합공예조건위:α-세신뇌여HP-β-CD비례위1∶4,포합온도위35℃,포합시간위4 h;채용최가조건험증,α-세신뇌적포합솔위33.4%,α-세신뇌용해도제고료14배다。결론:해공예간편,중복성호,능사α-세신뇌적용해도득도제고,괄용우α-세신뇌포합。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of α-asarone hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion. Methods:Inclusion ratio as the indicator, the inclusion effect of ultrasonic method, saturated water solution method and grinding method was compared to determine the optimal inclusion method ; by orthogonal experiment, the influence of α-asarone and hydrox-ypropyl-β-cyclodextrin ratio, inclusion temperature and inclusion time on inclusion ratio was tested; the inclusion conditions was validated by inclusion rate and the solubility of α-asarone. Results: The best method was ultrasonic method; the best condition was that ratio of ofα-asarone and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was1∶4, inclusion temperature was 35 ℃ and that the inclusion time was 4 hours; according to the best conditions for validation, α-asarone inclusion rate was 33.4%, and the solu-bility of asarone increased for more than 14 times. Conclusion: The ultrasonic method is simple and reproducible and can im-prove the solubility of α-asarone as well as be suitable for α-asarone inclusion.
