目的：研究芩部通络方治疗耐多药肺结核阴虚火旺夹瘀证的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的63例患者随机分为对照组27例和治疗组36例。对照组给予常规西医化疗方案；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上，予以芩部通络方治疗。治疗18个月后观察疗效。结果：治疗组临床症状改善、痰菌转阴率、胸部影像改善、免疫功能提高均优于对照组。结论：芩部通络治疗耐多药肺结核阴虚火旺夹瘀证有确切疗效，具有抗结核杆菌、促进机体的自我修复、增强机体免疫的作用。
목적：연구금부통락방치료내다약폐결핵음허화왕협어증적림상료효。방법：장부합납입표준적63례환자수궤분위대조조27례화치료조36례。대조조급여상규서의화료방안；치료조재대조조치료기출상，여이금부통락방치료。치료18개월후관찰료효。결과：치료조림상증상개선、담균전음솔、흉부영상개선、면역공능제고균우우대조조。결론：금부통락치료내다약폐결핵음허화왕협어증유학절료효，구유항결핵간균、촉진궤체적자아수복、증강궤체면역적작용。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of Scutellaria-stemonae network vessels freeing formula on Multidrug re-sistance TB with fire effulgence due to yin vacuity complex stasis syndrome. Methods: 63 cases patient meeting inclusion cri-teria were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, 27 and 36 cases respectively in each group. Patients were giv-en routine chemotherapy treatment in control group, and chemotherapy treatment as well as Scutellaria-stemonae network ves-sels freeing formula in treatment group. The clinical effect was observed in 18 months. Results: The improvement of clinical symptoms, sputum conversion rate, enhancement of the chest imaging and the increase of immune function in treatment group were better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Scutellaria-stemonae network vessels freeing formula can provide accu-rate effect for multidrug resistance TB with fire effulgence due to yin vacuity complex stasis syndrome, with resistance of tu-berculosis, promotion of the self-repair and enhancement immune function.
