为研究枯草芽孢杆菌J 4制剂对肉鸡肠道消化酶活力、常规营养成分及消化性能的影响,选用4日龄肉仔鸡3000只,随机分成试验组和对照组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组4~21日龄期间饲喂添加0.1% J 4菌剂的基础日粮,之后停饲J 4菌剂。测定肉仔鸡日增体质量、料重比及粪便中消化酶活力、常规有机营养成分含量。结果显示,饲料中添加0.1%的 J 4菌剂,可使肉鸡的平均日增体质量提高11.99%,料重比降低11.03%,试验组粪便中α淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶的平均活力比对照组分别提高39.82%、31.56%、44.60%、45.30%,粗蛋白、淀粉、粗脂肪、粗纤维含量分别下降39.74%、32.09%、28.23%、22.62%;停饲J 4菌剂后,试验组粪便中消化酶活力和常规有机营养成分含量及料重比等指标又逐渐接近对照组。表明J 4菌剂具有提高肉鸡肠道消化酶活力、提高饲料转化率、改善肉鸡生产性能的作用。

위연구고초아포간균J 4제제대육계장도소화매활력、상규영양성분급소화성능적영향,선용4일령육자계3000지,수궤분성시험조화대조조,대조조사위기출일량,시험조4~21일령기간사위첨가0.1% J 4균제적기출일량,지후정사J 4균제。측정육자계일증체질량、료중비급분편중소화매활력、상규유궤영양성분함량。결과현시,사료중첨가0.1%적 J 4균제,가사육계적평균일증체질량제고11.99%,료중비강저11.03%,시험조분편중α정분매、단백매、지방매、섬유소매적평균활력비대조조분별제고39.82%、31.56%、44.60%、45.30%,조단백、정분、조지방、조섬유함량분별하강39.74%、32.09%、28.23%、22.62%;정사J 4균제후,시험조분편중소화매활력화상규유궤영양성분함량급료중비등지표우축점접근대조조。표명J 4균제구유제고육계장도소화매활력、제고사료전화솔、개선육계생산성능적작용。
In the present work ,the effects of Bacillus subtilis J-4 preparation on broilers were studied by allotting 3 000 4-day-old broilers to the test group and the control group randomly . Compared to the control group fed with basal diet ,the test group diet was added with 0 .1% J-4 preparation from 4 to 21 days .The weight gain ,feed conversion ratio ,digestive enzyme activities , and conventional organic nutrient contents were determined by taking fecal samples .The results showed that compared to the control group ,the average daily gain of broiler in the test group in-creased by 11 .99% ,feed weight ratio decreased by 11 .03% ,activities of α-amylase ,protease ,li-pase ,and cellulase in fecal samples of the test group increased by an average of 39 .82% ,31 . 56% ,44 .60% and 45 .30% ,respectively .Contents of crude protein ,starch ,crude fat ,and crude fi-ber were decreased by 39 .74% ,32 .09% ,28 .23% and 22 .62% ,respectively .After stopping feed-ing the J-4 preparation ,the grow th performance ,enzyme activities and nutrient contents of the test group gradually approached to those of the control group .This indicates that Bacillus subtilis J-4 preparation can effectively improve the activities of intestinal digestive enzymes ,the feed con-version rate and the grow th performance of broiler .
