为了确定金银花的最佳采收期，以封丘大毛花金银花为材料，测量其7个不同花期鲜花蕾和干花蕾的千蕾质量，利用HPLC研究其不同花期花蕾千蕾质量及指标成分含量的变化。结果表明，封丘大毛花7个不同花期的千蕾质量差异明显；不同花期绿原酸含量为0.350％～2.501％，木犀草苷含量为0.036％～0.207％，不同花期指标成分含量差异显著。最佳采收期为二白期到大白期。

To determine the optimal harvest stage of Fengqiu honeysuckle ,one thousand-buds weight and index ingredients contents changes were compared and analyzed at seven different flowering phases .The results showed that one thousand-buds weight at different flowering phases had significantly differences .The content of chlorogenic acid was 0 .350% -2 .501% ,and the con-tent of luteolin was 0 .036% -0 .207% .The content of index ingredients also had significantly differences .The best harvest time was from two-white period to great-white period .This fing-dings could provide theoretical support to the guidance of harvest and comprehensive utilization of honeysuckle .
