为了确定金银花的最佳采收期,以封丘大毛花金银花为材料,测量其7个不同花期鲜花蕾和干花蕾的千蕾质量,利用HPLC研究其不同花期花蕾千蕾质量及指标成分含量的变化。结果表明,封丘大毛花7个不同花期的千蕾质量差异明显;不同花期绿原酸含量为0.350%~2.501%,木犀草苷含量为0.036%~0.207%,不同花期指标成分含量差异显著。最佳采收期为二白期到大白期。
為瞭確定金銀花的最佳採收期,以封丘大毛花金銀花為材料,測量其7箇不同花期鮮花蕾和榦花蕾的韆蕾質量,利用HPLC研究其不同花期花蕾韆蕾質量及指標成分含量的變化。結果錶明,封丘大毛花7箇不同花期的韆蕾質量差異明顯;不同花期綠原痠含量為0.350%~2.501%,木犀草苷含量為0.036%~0.207%,不同花期指標成分含量差異顯著。最佳採收期為二白期到大白期。
위료학정금은화적최가채수기,이봉구대모화금은화위재료,측량기7개불동화기선화뢰화간화뢰적천뢰질량,이용HPLC연구기불동화기화뢰천뢰질량급지표성분함량적변화。결과표명,봉구대모화7개불동화기적천뢰질량차이명현;불동화기록원산함량위0.350%~2.501%,목서초감함량위0.036%~0.207%,불동화기지표성분함량차이현저。최가채수기위이백기도대백기。
To determine the optimal harvest stage of Fengqiu honeysuckle ,one thousand-buds weight and index ingredients contents changes were compared and analyzed at seven different flowering phases .The results showed that one thousand-buds weight at different flowering phases had significantly differences .The content of chlorogenic acid was 0 .350% -2 .501% ,and the con-tent of luteolin was 0 .036% -0 .207% .The content of index ingredients also had significantly differences .The best harvest time was from two-white period to great-white period .This fing-dings could provide theoretical support to the guidance of harvest and comprehensive utilization of honeysuckle .
