为了研究联苯菊酯在干茶中的残留量和降解行为,分析加工工艺及茶叶品种对茶叶中联苯菊酯残留动态的影响,田间试验中选用福鼎和黔湄6012个品种,用25%联苯菊酯乳油40mL对水15L进行喷施,分别于施药后0(2h)、1、3、8、11d人工采摘茶青,并按照烘青工艺和炒青工艺制成干茶,采用GCECD方法检测干茶中联苯菊酯的含量。结果表明,茶叶加工工艺及茶叶品种在施药8d内对茶叶中联苯菊酯残留量有极显著影响,8d后联苯菊酯平均降解率达到91.8%。干茶中联苯菊酯消解动态均符合一级动力学方程,半衰期为2.31~3.47d。若以5mg/kg作为残留量参考指标,建议施药3d后再采摘茶青样品。

A supervised trial was done to investigate the final residue and degradation dynamics of bifenthrin in dry tea .Moreover ,the effects of processing style and tea variety on the residue dissi-pation of bifenthrin in tea were analyzed .Fuding and Qianmei 601 were selected as the experimen-tal varieties .Spraying treatments were carried out using 40 mL of 25% bifenthrin EC diluted in 15 L water .Tea leaves were picked artificially and processed into dry tea using Chinese roasted technics and refined baked technics separately at 2 h ,1 d ,3 d ,8 d and 11 d after spraying .The bifenthrin content in dry tea was measured using GC-ECD method .The results showed that the effects of processing style and tea variety were significant on the residue of bifenthrin in tea and the average degradation rate were 91 .8% in 8 days after spraying .The degradation behavior of bifenthrin can be described by first-degree dynamic pattern in dry tea and the half-lives of bifenthrin were 2 .31-3 .47 d .If taking the bifenthrin residue in tea of 5 mg/kg as the reference index ,it was sug-gested that the tea leaves should be picked after 3 days of spraying under the dose condition of bifenthrin mentioned in this article .
