以人工合成异源六倍体小麦为材料,采用RT PCR技术,对六倍体小麦多倍化初期氮、糖代谢关键酶基因(GS1、GS2、G6PD H 、S PS)的表达情况进行了研究。结果表明,六倍体小麦 GS1基因表达水平较其双亲中值(MPV)显著升高,GS2基因表达水平与其亲本基本一致,而 G6PDH基因和S PS基因表达水平较其M PV出现了不同程度的降低。
以人工閤成異源六倍體小麥為材料,採用RT PCR技術,對六倍體小麥多倍化初期氮、糖代謝關鍵酶基因(GS1、GS2、G6PD H 、S PS)的錶達情況進行瞭研究。結果錶明,六倍體小麥 GS1基因錶達水平較其雙親中值(MPV)顯著升高,GS2基因錶達水平與其親本基本一緻,而 G6PDH基因和S PS基因錶達水平較其M PV齣現瞭不同程度的降低。
이인공합성이원륙배체소맥위재료,채용RT PCR기술,대륙배체소맥다배화초기담、당대사관건매기인(GS1、GS2、G6PD H 、S PS)적표체정황진행료연구。결과표명,륙배체소맥 GS1기인표체수평교기쌍친중치(MPV)현저승고,GS2기인표체수평여기친본기본일치,이 G6PDH기인화S PS기인표체수평교기M PV출현료불동정도적강저。
The synthetic hexaploid wheats were used as material to study the expression of key en-zymes genes (GS1 ,GS2 ,G6PD H and S PS) related to nitrogen and sugar metabolism in the early period of wheat allopolyploidization by RT-PCR technology .The results showed that the GS1 gene expression level of hexaploid wheat was much higher than its MPV ,while the GS2 gene ex-pression level of hexaploid wheat was consistent with its parents .The G6PDH and SPS gene ex-pression levels in the hexaploid wheat were lower than its MPV in different degrees .
