长期住院研究对缩短医院平均住院日，正确使用医疗资源，提高医疗系统的效率有一定的意义。通过介绍长期住院的定义以及分类，对长期住院的原因和影响进行了文献综述，最后提出了构建国内“医养结合”的照护体系的设想和相关建议。

The long-term hospitalization research has certain significance on reducing the average length of stay in hospital, proper usage of medical resources and improving the efficiency of medical system. This paper introduces the definition and the classification of the long-term hospitalization, reviews the causes and effects of the long-term hospitalization, and finally puts forward the ideas of building integrated medicine and care nursing system.
