由于软件测试过程的不稳定性给项目管理带来极大风险,根据SPE统计思想,把COQUALMO模型作为预期值的估算模型,引入SPE-COQUALMO控制图,对软件测试过程中对引入缺陷种类和数量进行监控,为项目经理在管理项目中提供客观数据进行决策。

Because the software testing process instability poses substantial risks to project management,the paper introduces SPE-COQUALMO control chart which is designed according to SPE, and uses COQUALMO model as the expected value estimation model,monitors the defect types and quantities introduced in software testing process,in order to provide objective data for making decision in project management for project manager.
