大学生科学研究能力的培养,对于促进大学生的全面发展具有重要意义,也是创新型国家发展战略对创新型人才的要求。但当代大学生科学研究能力的培养力度与此不相适应;大学生科学研究热情持续低迷,科研能力明显不足。究其原因,这有着深刻而广泛的社会经济文化和教育原因。从大学生科学研究能力生成环境这一宏观视角,详细分析问题的症结所在,有利于建立立体、系统配套的综合性措施。因此,必须关注为大学生科学研究能力生成环境的系统构成,这包括社会环境、制度环境、教学环境、学科环境、校园文化和心理意识环境、学术研究氛围等。

Cultivation of college students’scientific research ability has vital significance to promoting all-around development of college students and it is a requirement of the innovative country development strategy on innovative talents.However,the degree of efforts made to cultivate the scientific research ability of college students is insufficient;college students’enthusiasm in scientific research has remained low,and their scientific research ability is remarkably inadequate.The causes of this problem are deeply rooted in the economic,social,cultural and educational backgrounds.This paper proceeds from the macro perspective of the environment for generation of college students’scientific research ability,undertakes a detailed analysis of the crux of the problem and is beneficial to developing multi-dimensional,systematic and comprehensive measures.This paper maintains that the environment system for generation of college students’scientific research ability is comprised of the social environment,in-stitutional environment,teaching environment,disciplinary environment,campus culture,psychological awareness environment as well as academic research atmosphere.
