Subject construction is a complex systems engineering,needs to focus on the wisdom and strength of the people of dis-cipline construction,integration of resources,and form resultant force.In this paper,we take the Faculty of Chinese Language and Literature of Guangxi Normal University for an example,to analysize and elaborate strengthening the subject construction of Chinese language and literature in the local university.
