探究隐性课程的生成机制,具有重要的理论与现实价值。研究发现,隐性课程的动源、表征、认知机制及其整合系统清晰地显现出了其本然发生机制。从动源上分析,隐性课程本体具有内外部双重驱动属性;从形态表征上考察,缄默知识实质上可以认为是隐性课程的内容与肌理;从认知机制上绎现,以内隐学习和内隐记忆为主的认知方式在内化缄默知识成为系统的知识经验的过程中发挥着基础性作用。隐性课程在学习者暗默地整合相互关联的三个维度下,形成一种动态循环的开放系统。

It has the theory value and practice value to explore the generative mechanism for the hidden curriculum.A conclusion from this research shows that the generative mechanism of the hidden curriculum is epitomized by the motive sources,represen-tations,cognitive mechanism and system.Analyze from the motive sources,the hidden curriculum has the nature of dual driving forces;analyze from the representations,tacit knowledge is the content and texture of the hidden curriculum;and if we discuss the cognitive mechanism,we will find that the cognitive style based on the implicit learning and implicit learning plays a funda-mental role.Thus the hidden curriculum becomes a dynamic and circular open system.
