五年制高职学生存在道德认知能力不高、道德判断能力不强、道德行为能力差等问题。基于以人为本、知行合一、教育生活化的原则,通过营造全方位道德能力培养环境、打造阶段化道德能力培养体系、构造多样化的道德能力培养方法等多种途径,建构立体化道德能力培养模式是解决问题的根本。
五年製高職學生存在道德認知能力不高、道德判斷能力不彊、道德行為能力差等問題。基于以人為本、知行閤一、教育生活化的原則,通過營造全方位道德能力培養環境、打造階段化道德能力培養體繫、構造多樣化的道德能力培養方法等多種途徑,建構立體化道德能力培養模式是解決問題的根本。
오년제고직학생존재도덕인지능력불고、도덕판단능력불강、도덕행위능력차등문제。기우이인위본、지행합일、교육생활화적원칙,통과영조전방위도덕능력배양배경、타조계단화도덕능력배양체계、구조다양화적도덕능력배양방법등다충도경,건구입체화도덕능력배양모식시해결문제적근본。
The moral cognitive ability of the five-year vocational students is not high,the moral judgment is not strong,the mor-al behavior ability is not good.Based on the principle of people oriented,unity of knowledge and practice,education into daily life,through creating a full range of moral training environment,build stage moral ability cultivation method of moral ability training system,structural diversity and other ways to construct three-dimensional moral ability training model is the funda-mental solution to the problem.
