目的:观察盐酸戊乙奎醚处理创伤失血性休克大鼠后肠道屏障形态学和通透性的变化。方法24只雄性SD大鼠按随机原则分为假创伤休克(Sham)组、常规复苏(Cont)组和常规复苏联合盐酸戊乙奎醚(Pene)处理组,观察小肠黏膜形态学变化,以判定肠道屏障功能状况。结果 Sham组肠道黏膜层上皮细胞结构完整,肠腔侧微绒毛排列紧密、整齐,固有层有少量淋巴细胞,仅偶见膜通透性增高的“暗细胞”;Cont组黏膜上皮细胞可见明显的损伤性改变,表现为水肿、坏死,甚至糜烂、脱落,较多炎症细胞浸润,上皮细胞表面微绒毛脱落、细胞膜破损、胞质基质外溢、线粒体肿胀,“暗细胞”明显增多;Pene组肠黏膜形态学损伤性改变明显减轻,仅见少量“暗细胞”。结论以盐酸戊乙奎醚处理常规复苏的创伤失血性休克大鼠,可明显减轻肠道黏膜的形态学损伤,降低休克复苏后肠道黏膜上皮细胞膜通透性的改变,保护了肠道屏障功能。
目的:觀察鹽痠戊乙奎醚處理創傷失血性休剋大鼠後腸道屏障形態學和通透性的變化。方法24隻雄性SD大鼠按隨機原則分為假創傷休剋(Sham)組、常規複囌(Cont)組和常規複囌聯閤鹽痠戊乙奎醚(Pene)處理組,觀察小腸黏膜形態學變化,以判定腸道屏障功能狀況。結果 Sham組腸道黏膜層上皮細胞結構完整,腸腔側微絨毛排列緊密、整齊,固有層有少量淋巴細胞,僅偶見膜通透性增高的“暗細胞”;Cont組黏膜上皮細胞可見明顯的損傷性改變,錶現為水腫、壞死,甚至糜爛、脫落,較多炎癥細胞浸潤,上皮細胞錶麵微絨毛脫落、細胞膜破損、胞質基質外溢、線粒體腫脹,“暗細胞”明顯增多;Pene組腸黏膜形態學損傷性改變明顯減輕,僅見少量“暗細胞”。結論以鹽痠戊乙奎醚處理常規複囌的創傷失血性休剋大鼠,可明顯減輕腸道黏膜的形態學損傷,降低休剋複囌後腸道黏膜上皮細胞膜通透性的改變,保護瞭腸道屏障功能。
목적:관찰염산무을규미처리창상실혈성휴극대서후장도병장형태학화통투성적변화。방법24지웅성SD대서안수궤원칙분위가창상휴극(Sham)조、상규복소(Cont)조화상규복소연합염산무을규미(Pene)처리조,관찰소장점막형태학변화,이판정장도병장공능상황。결과 Sham조장도점막층상피세포결구완정,장강측미융모배렬긴밀、정제,고유층유소량림파세포,부우견막통투성증고적“암세포”;Cont조점막상피세포가견명현적손상성개변,표현위수종、배사,심지미란、탈락,교다염증세포침윤,상피세포표면미융모탈락、세포막파손、포질기질외일、선립체종창,“암세포”명현증다;Pene조장점막형태학손상성개변명현감경,부견소량“암세포”。결론이염산무을규미처리상규복소적창상실혈성휴극대서,가명현감경장도점막적형태학손상,강저휴극복소후장도점막상피세포막통투성적개변,보호료장도병장공능。
Objective To investigate protective effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride on intestinal morphology and barrier function after traumatic/hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation in rats . Methods 24 male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham group ,and traumatic/hemorrhagic shock treated with (Pene group) or without penehyclidine hydrochloride (Cont group) during resuscitation ,ile-um samples were taken for examination under light microscope ,electron microscope and cellular chemical technique for the morphological alteration and the permeability of epithelial cells . Results T he epithelial cells and mcrovilli in ileum were found normal in rats from sham group . The histological evidence of in-testinal injuries can be detected under electron microscope and cellular chemical technique as well as under light microscope in rats from Cont group . However ,the histological injuries in intestinal mucosa are slighter in rats from Pene group . Conclusion The treatment with penehyclidine hydrochloride for trau-matic/hemorrhagic shock during resuscitation in rats attenuated the morphological injuries in intestinal mu-cosa ,associated with reducing damage to barrier function .
