目的:观察研究缺血后适应在降低急性心肌缺血狗再灌注损伤中的效果。方法:选取20只健康杂种狗为研究对象,将其均制为急性心肌缺血模型,然后将其随机分为对照组(直接恢复血流)和观察组(缺血后适应),每组各10只,将两组分别于阻断血流40 min和12 h进行血清心肌酶、cTnI、BNP、MDA及心功能指标检测及比较。结果:两组阻断血流40 min时的血清心肌酶、cTnI、BNP、MDA及左心室功能指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而12 h时观察组的血清心肌酶、cTnI、BNP、MDA均低于对照组,左心室功能指标均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缺血后适应在降低急性心肌缺血狗再灌注损伤中的效果较佳,可有效改善心功能状态。

목적:관찰연구결혈후괄응재강저급성심기결혈구재관주손상중적효과。방법:선취20지건강잡충구위연구대상,장기균제위급성심기결혈모형,연후장기수궤분위대조조(직접회복혈류)화관찰조(결혈후괄응),매조각10지,장량조분별우조단혈류40 min화12 h진행혈청심기매、cTnI、BNP、MDA급심공능지표검측급비교。결과:량조조단혈류40 min시적혈청심기매、cTnI、BNP、MDA급좌심실공능지표차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05),이12 h시관찰조적혈청심기매、cTnI、BNP、MDA균저우대조조,좌심실공능지표균우우대조조,비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:결혈후괄응재강저급성심기결혈구재관주손상중적효과교가,가유효개선심공능상태。
Objective:To observe and study the effect of ischemic postconditioning in decreasing the reperfusion injury of dogs with acute myocardial ischemia. Method:20 healthy hybrid dogs were selected as research object,and they were made as model of acute myocardial ischemia,then they were randomly divided into control group(direct restoration of blood flow)and observation group(ischemic postconditioning)with 10 cases in each group,and the serum myocardial enzymes,cTnI,BNP,MDA and left ventricular function of two groups at 40 min and 12 h after blocking blood flow were detected and compared. Result:The serum myocardial enzymes,cTnI,BNP,MDA and left ventricular function of two groups at 40 min after blocking blood flow had no significant differences,while the serum enzymes,cTnI,BNP,MDA of observation group at 12 h after blocking blood flow were all lower than those of the control group,left ventricular function indexes were all better than those of the control group,there were all significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of ischemic postconditioning in decreasing the reperfusion injury of dogs with acute myocardial ischemia is better, and it can effectively improve the cardiac status.
