本文以定边盐湖卤水为原料,首先将卤水脱色并除盐,其次用有机溶剂萃取的方法,通过不同萃取剂、萃取剂体积分数、酸度、相比、萃取时间、萃取温度、反萃剂浓度等因素加以试验,最终得到硼酸。并获得了从卤水中反萃取提硼的最佳工艺条件:萃取剂为混合醇,萃取体积分数为50%,酸度为1,相比为1:1,时间为15 min。

This paper adopts salt lake of Dingbian County as raw material. Firstly, the brine is decolorizated and desalted. Secondly, using organic solvent extraction law by experiment of different extractants, the volume fraction of extractant, acidity, compared to the extraction time, extraction temperature, concentration of the stripping, stripping time, and the boric acid is obtained finally. The optimum technical back conditions for extracting boron from brine include: the extractant is the mixed alcohol, the volume fraction of extractant is 50%, aqueous pH is 1, phase ratio is 1:1, extraction time is 15 min.
