近年来，我国频发质量失信问题，因此，建立质量信用评价体系，对于准确评价企业的质量信用水平，进而预防质量信用风险具有重要意义。质量信用评价指标作为评价工作的基础内容，其选取过程尚缺少规范严谨的研究。文章首先基于质量管理理论和信用评价理论，预选出企业质量信用评价指标集，然后通过隶属度分析、鉴别度分析、相关性分析和因子分析等实证分析，逐步对指标集进行筛选和精炼，最终确定11项评价指标。同时，因子分析的结果显示，11项指标归属于两个因子，根据因子所包含的指标含义，分别命名为“企业质量信用品质”和“企业质量信用能力”。

Recently,quality credit problems appear frequently in China,thus it is of great importance to build up the quality credit evaluation system. However,the evaluation index which is the fundamental part of the whole system,is paid insufficient attention to. This work, based on quality management theory and credit evaluation theory, sets up a quality credit evaluation index pool which is formed in the first step, and then applies membership grade analysis, discriminate analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis to refine indexes. Through these work,eleven indexes are chosen by above steps and are loaded on-to two factors,which are named Quality Credit Character and Quality Credit Ability.
