通过不同激素、不同激素浓度、不同浸泡时间对金叶榆进行嫩枝扦插试验,结果表明:激素浓度是影响金叶榆扦插生根率、生根数量的显著因子,是影响生根长度的极显著因子,而激素种类和处理时间对生根影响不显著;确定采用ABT1#200×10-6处理2 h ,生根效果最好,生根率达到80%,平均根量为12个,平均根长9.2 cm。

통과불동격소、불동격소농도、불동침포시간대금협유진행눈지천삽시험,결과표명:격소농도시영향금협유천삽생근솔、생근수량적현저인자,시영향생근장도적겁현저인자,이격소충류화처리시간대생근영향불현저;학정채용ABT1#200×10-6처리2 h ,생근효과최호,생근솔체도80%,평균근량위12개,평균근장9.2 cm。
Experiments of different hormones ,different hormone concentrations and different soaking time on soft-wood cuttings of Ulmus pumila were conducted .Result shows that :hormone concentrations are not only the sig-nificant factor affecting rooting rate ,rooting number of Ulmus pumila‘Jinye’ ,but also the very significant factor affecting the root length ;hormone type & treatment time have no significant effect on rooting ;it determined that a-dopting ABT1 # 200 × 10-6 with 2 h can obtain the optimal rooting effect ;rooting rate reached 80% ;the root mass are 12 ,and the average root length being 9 .2 cm .
