目的：探讨分析NAT2多态性与肺癌易感性的关系。方法在中英文数据库中按照统一的检索策略，全面检索至2013年8月1日有关N A T2多态性与肺癌风险关系的观察性研究相关文献。按照纳入与排除标准选择文献、提取资料和评价质量进行Meta分析。结果共纳入23篇文献，分别来自15个国家，累计肺癌病例4425人，对照病例6663人。结论本Meta分析结果表明：N A T2基因多态性与肺癌易感性之间未见显著关联。
목적：탐토분석NAT2다태성여폐암역감성적관계。방법재중영문수거고중안조통일적검색책략，전면검색지2013년8월1일유관N A T2다태성여폐암풍험관계적관찰성연구상관문헌。안조납입여배제표준선택문헌、제취자료화평개질량진행Meta분석。결과공납입23편문헌，분별래자15개국가，루계폐암병례4425인，대조병례6663인。결론본Meta분석결과표명：N A T2기인다태성여폐암역감성지간미견현저관련。
Objective To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphism of N-acetyltransferase2(NAT2)and susceptibility to lung cancer.Methods In accordance with the unified retrieval strategy,we found in both English and Chinese database relevant litera-tures on relationship between NAT2 polymorphism and lung cancer risk up to August 1 ,201 3 for control study.Selection of literatures was carried out according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the relevant data were extracted from each study to perform a meta-analy-sis.Results Twenty-three studies from 1 5 countries were included in the present mete-analysis,which studied 4425 cases and 6663 con-trols.Conclusions This meta-analysis found little evidence of an association between NAT2 polymorphism and the risk of lung cancer.
